You can choose any valid combination of alphabets, numbers or the "_" character
while selecting your profile id. (For example: abcd_1 is a valid profile id).
No special characters (like @,&,% # etc.) Do not choose a profile Id that
discloses your personal information that you do no wish to disclose to other
members on the site including email address, first and last names etc. Also
please do not choose a profile Id that is offending to others or pornographic
in nature. aryashaadi.comreserves the right to terminate any members that are
found to use such profile Ids at anytime without notice.

tongue or occupation. What should I do ? |
|
We try to include all religions, castes, mother tongues and occupations as
choices on our site. If for some reason, you do not find your religion, caste,
mother tongue or occupation, you can always choose 'Other' as the option. If
you really feel that your religion, caste, mother tongue or occupation need to
be listed on our site, please send an email to:
support@aryashaadi.com specifying what you want us to add and we will
try to incorporate this on our site if we feel the same way.

What is a Manglik or Dosham? What if I don't know these values
during registration ? |
|
One of the most important factors in horoscope based matrimony is consideration
of Mangal or Mangalik Dosha in the boy's or girl's kundli. According to Vedic
Astrology, when the planet Mars is located in certain houses of the horoscope,
it casts malefic influences on various life aspects of that person. A person
having such an afflicted Mars status is known as a Manglik. This condition is
also called the Kuja Dosha or the Bhauma Dosha. It is a general belief that a
person who is a Manglik/has dosham should enter into a relation with another
person who is also a Manglik/has dosham. If you are not sure if you are a
Manglik or have Dosham, please select "Don't Know" as the answer.

Choose a profile ID that suits your personality. Your profile Id can contain a
combination of alphabets, numbers and the underscore "_" character ( for
example abcd_1 ) and a minimum of 4 characters. Do not select a profile ID that
can be offensive to others or sexual/pornographic in nature. Profile IDs are
displayed to all members on our site. So make sure that the profile ID does not
contain information that you do not want to disclose to other members( for
example, your email address, first and last name etc.)
